36 year old white female with 34A cup preoperatively. Patient desired to become a full B/small C. This patient has two children. She was looking to enhance her breasts because she felt they were small and deflated. Patient underwent a bilateral breast augmentation via an inframammary crease incision (beneath the breast). 330 cc McGhan round (filled to 360 cc), smooth implants were placed over the pectoralis muscle.
