Actual Profile
Name: Laurie
Profession: Tax Specialist
Procedure: Breast Augmentation
Laurie is a tax specialist and was a body builder for 10 years, winning many
of her competitions that would qualify her for national competition.
Laurie no longer competes, but she does keep up with her workouts. The intensity
of the competition faded, but her ultra-buff body has remained relatively intact.
But one unforeseen result of her competitive lifestyle also remained: smaller
breasts.
"After I stopped body-building, I realized how much I had lost in my breast area," she
says. "I had built up so much muscle and lost so much fat that my breasts were
deflated. I just wanted my breasts to return to my former 36 C."
She turned to an ASPS member surgeon for her breast augmentation. "I
chose my surgeon for his training and qualifications after
visiting the ASPS web site."
Laurie says that choosing the breast augmentation was a very
private process. "My
family didn't know I was having the procedure, and they were surprised. I'm
really pretty quiet about myself."
Laurie is positive that she made the right choice in both the
procedure and in selecting her surgeon. "I found him to be down-to-earth, intelligent and
compassionate. He and his staff kept me informed throughout the process," she
says.
"I'm happier where I am now in my life. The breast augmentation has helped my
motivation, self-esteem and confidence. I did this for me - and nobody else."
