Chemical Peels and Dermabrasion:  Both procedures remove the top layer of skin in order to eliminate or improve fine lines and wrinkles. Chemical peels are typically better suited for fine line and wrinkles whereas dermabrasion works better on acne scarring of chickenpox marks.
